2 miles and Still nothing

my husband and I have been on this running kick for over a month now...we are running up to 2 miles every day, along with a tummy crunches, and I still haven't seen one inkling of a pound drop off!! I don't get it...we have even changed our diets to be on the more nutritious side, eating more fruits, vegies, salads, etc. Grrrr...I mean I know the weight just doesn't drop like that, but you would think I would start to see some type of results. It is just so hard to continue to work out when no results are in sight...maybe I need to do something more than run my 2 miles and 3 sets of crunches...who knows!! any ideas out there my fellow bloggers?

Maybe you're building muscle and that's conteracting the fat loss. They say that muscle weighs more than fat...how are your clothes fitting? That's probably the best way to measure how you're doing. Regardless - GOOD FOR YOU running 2miles a day! That's really great. I can never see that happening with me! :)

if your still on the pill, that will deafently do it.
go another route of birth control like an....there are other options that don't make u look plump.

ya Rich thinks it the building muscle thing..it has only been a month so we will keep truckin' and see how it goes:)
